An event that lights up the entire historic center of Foligno, “Primi d’Italia” is the first and only National Festival of First Dishes. Pasta, rice, soups, gnocchi and polenta as well as the food products essential for the creation of a tasty first course: these are the protagonists of the most appetizing culinary marathon in Italy.
