Abbey of Sassovivo

Set in a heavenly natural area just 6 kilometers from the city of Foligno, the Sassovivo Abbey provides spirituality surrounded by nature for a truly evocative experience. The monastery retains a rather complex architectural layout and a beautiful Romanesque cloister which certainly deserves to be visited.

The Sassovivo area is also the place from which dozens of mountain bike trails of all levels of difficulty branch off. There are also many marked hiking trails.
